Click “Create” and you’ll get an interface similar to what you see when you log into an existing account.
Select “My New Account,” and then click “Create.”

In the “Choose Your Profile” screen, select “my new profile.”
You’ll get the option to set your own avatar.
Click the “Change Profile Picture” button to change the avatar, then click the next button to submit your new profile photo to Twitter.
Once you’ve done that, you can see the photo in your profile.
You can also see the profile’s name and title on Twitter if you click on the “Learn More” button.
